The Program is offered exclusively to existing Dilawri customers who purchased or leased a vehicle from Dilawri Group of Companies during the past five years. The buyer must be a first time Dilawri Group customer. Only referrals submitted through this form may qualify and must be made before the first time Dilawri Group customer purchases a vehicle or visits the dealership. New referral customer must purchase within 30 days of your submission. Not transferrable. Dealership staff are not eligible.
